Given the trajectory of this and other voting lawsuits in recent years, I'd be surprised if this is the end of the road for the SB3 case. This ruling was from Hillsborough Superior Court, and the state could still very well appeal from here — but we'll see.

As expected, this isn't over. Statement just in from N.H. Solicitor General Daniel Will: “After an initial review of the order, we expect to appeal the decision to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.”
