Yes that’s normal. Real-time views are so you have a more accurate and more updated version of your view count while the “live views” are more for the main server. It gets rid of the old 301+ views that we used to have and replaces it with just slightly inaccurate live views.
Basically it alleviates server stress of having to keep up all live view counts at once, instead only shiw8ng those counts to you on the backend leaving the main site unburdened.

Yep! It’s literally just to avoid server issues since so much content is uploaded to YouTube every minute. Live views become real-time views in a day or so, after what is usually the initial burst of traffic your video will get.
