... because then they are precluded from formally reviewing the work.

I (eventually) managed to configure a hosted Minecraft server for my kids (and me, and friends) to play on and I thought I'd reached a comfortable level of knowing 'names of tech things' but after that, I feel like an idiot again. Paper, Spigot, Geyser, Bukkit, Floodgate...

’s ggeasy talk highlighted something important about how we do programmatic data analysis: since all we have while we type is a blinking cursor, we try to name our functions in a way that autocomplete provides an affordance that guides us to a desired function.

#4 ’s ggeasy package provides a more grokkable API for modifying theme settings on #ggplot2 plots. It even shows you the underlying ggplot code used to achieve your desired look in case you want to learn the ggplot API while still enjoying the more grokkable one.
