Why is is that Asian families in America do better than caucasian, as a whole? "Asian privilege"?

They work harder and each generation inherits the result and continues the tradition. This "progress" is what they mistake for "privilege".

Also, your argument implies that all Asian populations achieve similarly, but it's a very diverse population & outcomes vary.
