WASn't she lovely? In WW 2. memories of a journey crossing N Atlantic as a teenager was memorable, as was the rest of her life story. She came to Aberdeenshire 2014 to give a talk in a packed village hall. I was so lucky to have a signed copy of her book>one of my treasures.
