The USGamer review and Austin Walker's critiques suggest the game may do some of my least favorite open-worldy things. We'll see.

the USGamer review was way below the average. Statistically it looks more likely youll love it, going by reviews

Umm, right but I know myself. I know what matters to me in a game. It's not a question of playing the odds.

Sure. But it's not wrong to conclude that Horizon is a bad game, either. Those critics make valid arguments.

I loathe the Fallout games, for example. But I'd never call them bad games. Just not my particular cup of tea.

Dude, own your opinions. You can think Fallout is bad. IT'S OKAY.

for me saying a game's bad is a stronger term. Superman 64 is bad. Fallout isn't even if I don't like it.
