just watched a video about how stress and anxiety can cause pain in the body. i was hoping for easy ways to deal with this. the video emphasized that a feeling of community, safety, intimacy and belonging is really important. well, darn.

Oh.. :( I actually chased the physical symptoms of my anxiety and stress for several years before realising they were all psychological. i was getting on top of the pain in recent years but the isolation and insecurity right now has not helped >_<

It sure hasn’t. Still, it’s good to feel like I have some understanding of the roots of the pain and discomfort I’m feeling, even if I don’t see a clear path to addressing those issues right now.
