Oh.. :( I actually chased the physical symptoms of my anxiety and stress for several years before realising they were all psychological. i was getting on top of the pain in recent years but the isolation and insecurity right now has not helped >_<

It sure hasn’t. Still, it’s good to feel like I have some understanding of the roots of the pain and discomfort I’m feeling, even if I don’t see a clear path to addressing those issues right now.

There are other ways to foster those kinds of feelings, don't be too dismayed. I've lived with anxiety the majority of my life, and those symptoms are manageable with practice and a little help
