so a fun thing is that occasionally across the past few weeks i've felt like maybe my heart was fluttering, or maybe i was just imagining it, IDK. but it's totally the sort of thing my anxiety can fixate on and start to freak out about, and this year, i'm anxious to begin with.

anyway i guess i'll try sending a message to the primary care physician i've been assigned but haven't met yet to see if they think it's something that should be checked out or what.

Preventricular contractions are harmless, but uncomfortable at best, and scary at worst. Definitely get checked, and see about a holter monitor to rule out more serious things. Chances are it's simple PVCs, which are super common and benign.

I say this as someone who had frequent freakouts over them when they first started to happen. Many people don't feel them, but some of us are just... lucky. Tip: cut back on caffeine and start a magnesium supplement.
