It's really incredible just how big and expensive this thing is, how many people spent basically their entire lives for four or five years working on it, without any creative thought about the game, story, or politics happening even by accident along the way
I feel like all of these comments and reviews are telling me to dislike the game but after 27 hours, I’m still really enjoying it. I guess I’m just a bad person then. I already know I’m terrible for liking TLOU2 so it makes sense.
??? there's nothing wrong with liking the game
Thanks for the comments, Carolyn! I thought of you after the races for the very reason you raise in the opening of your review. Races are optional, dumb, & easy: just drive through checkpoints. But the convo w/Claire after is notable for her take on body mods & being transgender.
I was liking the game as I played it, but now after what I think is a horrendous ending (not that the others seem any better), I'm a lot more reflective and I agree with all of this and it's hilarious.
