This might be nitpicky re: the Ubisoft statement, but I take issue with the phrase "“This summer, we learned that certain Ubisoft employees did not uphold our company’s values." I'd rather they own that the company's values weren't what they ought to be.

From what I have seen there were literally abusers who's duties in part involve shaping and cementing those company values. It's a deeply hollow sentiment.
