does anyone else feel the crushing weight of responsibility at all times and like literally everything is their fault and how do I not be like that

Also one piece of advice that a therapist gave me that I think about a lot is "Don't fire the second arrow." In other words, if you DO notice that you're falling into the same old patterns of bearing too much responsibility or whatever the case may be (and you probably will)...
