There’s something about Cyberpunk 2077’s aesthetic that’s just not clicking with me and I can’t yet put my finger on what it is. It’s too...orderly, somehow? Everything feels too moneyed and yet chintzy and disposable rather than weathered and worn? I must think on this further.

I am worried that there's not going to be much 'punk' in this Cyberpunk - the genre has suffered massive drift in recent years, particularly when it was decided that Ghost in the Shell (a fantastic piece of work... about good cops doing great policework...) is 'Cyberpunk'.

Mike Pondsmith the man who created cyberpunk said that there’s gonna be plenty of punk in the game so I wouldn’t worry about it lol

That's fine, I'm not passing judgment on the final game, just reacting to what I've seen so far.
