I'm 3 episodes in.. it's interesting. Especially since I was 6 when this happened... so I know OF IT.. but never knew what really happened.

It's okay.I ended up watching it all, but as someone who was alive when it happened, it was kind of weird. Michael Shannon is his usual really good, and Taylor Kitche is actually really good as David Koresh. In the end I didn't love it, though. Er, if that helps.

Personally I'd watch any number of documentaries about Waco and/or Ruby Ridge before giving that one a shot. For Shea Whigham I'd probably just watch Kong or Boardwalk Empire again

I too got sucked in by the autoplay. Decided I just wanted to see how the Ruby Ridge portion was handled (which I liked.) Then I overstayed my leave and got to "maybe David Koresh was a well intended, misunderstood person" and I pulled the ripcord and got the hell out.

Omg, I actually watched this... It was way better than it had any right to be

Dang it. I didn't even like him in Boardwalk Empire but I still feel compelled to see him in other roles.
