Funny how in the midst of everything happening right now, and after just having a review go up that I worked really hard all last week to get done, there's this feeling of "I'm not working enough! I'm not being productive enough! What should I be working on right this second?!"

When I feel that way, I take a 10 minute wellness break. I make a pre-planned list at the end of every day and I do not to deviate or duplicate what is on the list. The list is 7 items max. It comforts me to have a list. Good luck finding what will work for you!
