My anxiety is massively exacerbated by the complete, prolonged lack of touch in my life. I need to be held.

The lack of touch changes how my brain works for the worse. There are calming chemicals by brain is crying out for that I only find in the presence or the arms of someone who makes me feel safe. Which is very few people. When it happens, it can be life-changing.
