I work my first night shift on Monday (8 PM-5 AM); if anyone has pointers for prepping my body for this adjustment beyond just trying as much as possible to stay up through the night and sleep during the day, I'd be appreciative!

Water is your friend, not coffee. It'll be hard at first. I worked from 3am to 9am on some days and 9:30am to 6:00pm other days and along with exercise, water helped me the most.I'd also mix good protein with carbs (boiled eggs, sausage and a piece of toast and maybe some yogurt)

What's your paypal again? I'm sorry for forgetting about it the last time I asked, but this time, I'll be able to help.

And I would also consider spending a bit more time away from the phone/computer/TV/monitor/etc. or downloading something that dims the screen so that your eyes can be better adjusted for sleep.

Thank you very much for the advice, and for the generosity.
