I work my first night shift on Monday (8 PM-5 AM); if anyone has pointers for prepping my body for this adjustment beyond just trying as much as possible to stay up through the night and sleep during the day, I'd be appreciative!

Yea I’m sure it’s different for everybody but I remember that being weird. Like, the first week I head so bored cos I was constantly trying to sleep & feeling guilty for doing it bad. I actually enjoyed the shifts in the end. It’s like being a vampire. You’ll do great!
