When I was young, I had a consistent internal monologue. I seem to have one much of the time, but not for everything? Also: I can think much more clearly if typing my thoughts on the computer, as if it's a memory expansion or something, and sometimes have difficulty thinking through something until I cam write it down.

Writing is definitely for me sometimes a process of working through and clarifying my thoughts about something, yeah.
