okay so, real talk, i've had a weighted blanket for a few nights now and i legit think it's helping. i feel more present in my body, less pushed out by the fear that is usually a near-constant. my mind feels a bit more alive, more receptive to images and stimuli.

obviously this is could just be a placebo effect, and also my body/PTSD has a long history of responding for brief periods to new things (yoga, etc.) before it sorta becomes immune to those and falls back into its old patterns. but so far, i think there might be something to this

I've been curious about using one for a long time but kind of intimidated since they're a little expensive and there are so many- if it's not too much info, can I ask where you got yours or if you have any recs about where to look?
