Hahaha I just want to see how I *feel* without it. I have issues w/anxiety and as much as I loooove my coffee, I think maybe it's not doing me any favors in that department. If I go for a while without and don't notice an improvement, I will gladly dive back into a vat of coffee.

I very recently went through quitting caffeine to try and isolate the source of my anxiety. Cold turkey. It really sucks at first, especially if you are a habitual user like I was, but it gets a lot better real quickly. Hang in there.

I have a bit experience with that myself. I would go for a maximum amount of coffee, e.g. 25 g per day, if you want to restart. I found thats my optimum.
