I'd like a close analysis of this but just watching casually it really feels like a lot of the men on that stage feel like they can sort of demand time to address things that other candidates have said while, generally speaking, the women feel they need to wait to be addressed.

And, I mean, yes, it remains true that men can behave that way and come across as confident and "presidential" while women who do so risk being perceived as rude, demanding, shrill, or angry.
