I can't pinpoint the exact source of it, but for all the Metal Gear absurdity of it all, there's still a kind of unfiltered immediacy to the world of MGSV that somehow makes it feel more immersive to me than the open worlds of so many other games.

I sold my copy of it a few days ago, it was such a boring game. Used the money from it and three other games I sold to get Plague Tale: Innocence about an hour later.

That's the first Metal Gear game I ever played and I found the controls to be so complicated, that I stopped playing it! But I won't let it beat me, I'm going to try playing it again soon (if it's the last thing I do).

It's SO complicated! Coming back to it after not playing it for a long time, I feel completely lost!

The tapes were the best part of that game. Having the chopper come to pick you up blaring “Kids is America” never got old for me. The way you hear the sound coming towards you was so good.

i’m always so impressed when games nail sound like that. hearing the music get perfectly muffled thru a closed door in life is strange 2 was another one of those
