I'm so weak. I always cave and caffeinate myself when the withdrawal headaches get to be too much. Which takes care of the headaches in the short term, but maintains the issues with my low HRV and whatnot in the longterm. (The heart rate variability kind, not the Honda kind.)

Well, for whatever caffeine definitely affects me a great deal more than it affects many other people. Cutting it out may or may not be the solution I need, but I at least feel like I ought to give it a try.
