Also, a person’s Twitter account is their own. If me tweeting that God of War (or whatever) is a bad game bothers you, unfollow me, but don’t demand that I not tweet such things. This is not a service you can customize to your liking. Don’t “let people enjoy things” that shit.

However, if you deliberately go around showing up in people’s mentions to tell them that the thing they like is bad actually, then you’re probably being an asshole. There’s a difference between expressing yourself honestly and cramming your opinions down people’s throats.

(Of course in my experience it’s typically the other way around. A person reasonably expresses a dislike or a critique of something and then the “let people enjoy things” gang jump on them. Like, fuck off, let people NOT enjoy things.)
