The best part is in the comics Marvel actually does exist publishing stories based on their realworld heroes. Like the F4 would share their adventures with writers, theres an unpopular Xmen book that only stays uncancelled because the editors are mutant sympathizers, all that fun

There’s a line in one of the earlier films where Tony Stark calls Peter Parker “Underoos” implying that he’s aware of the pre-existing concept of Spider-Man Underoos. It has a similar universe breaking effect to the one you describe.
