I guess maybe I’m being a downer. I’ve kinda given up on that kind of connection on a romantic level. Dating men has been.... ugh. Online dating wasn’t around when I met my ex and it has been freaking excruciating.

Yeah, I suspected that might be the core idea behind it. And it’s totally valid too. I definitely think we’re shaped by who we are and what we’ve been through. Intro/extra vert also has a hand in it.
