I mean, I really can't believe this. I can't believe that Kavanaugh's boorish sense of entitlement, his contemptuous attitude that he basically earned this spot simply by virtue of being a straight white man, didn't disqualify him. I shouldn't be so shocked, I know, but I am.

He graduated from Yale College cum laude, with a degree in American history, career as a law clerk, postgraduate under Judge Ken Starr, served on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit for 12 years, Exceptionally Qualified for the job....

Sure, and how many of those opportunities were available to him because he had the privilege of coming from a family that was able to send him to Georgetown Prep? Also. I'd say the way he behaved during his testimony demonstrates that he's exceptionally UNqualified for the job.

#3 What do you mean by how he acted? From what I have seen his reaction was completely appropriate for somebody being accused of something that BY LAW has no facts to back it. P.S DNA evidence is the only thing admissible for rape allegations, Eye witness story is inadmissible
