Who decides who is and isn't "community"? I've been playing and loving games my whole life. But the misogyny in games themselves and in gaming culture harms me and other women. I don't have to stay silent about that.
Actually, it's the belief that the ideas about gender, race, and other aspects of identity that are presented in games, films, TV shows, etc. have no impact on our culture that's delusional. They have a huge impact.

Hahaha. Okay. That's simply untrue. It's sociology 101 stuff. Media has an influence. Otherwise advertising and propagnda wouldn't exist. And if you can't understand that, then there's literally nothing for us to talk about.
