It has already been discussed. Nintendo made Super Mario Brothers but that doesn't mean they made all games on the Nintendo entertainment system.

Once again; that is not what I said. I said that FF and Anita steal VIDEOS. not video games. Learn to read.

You mean they use material for informative uses transforming it from it's original content. Sounds like fair use.

You're saying on twitch they use other people's videos for gameplay or that they use someone's footage in a femfreq video. Their is a difference.

Using someone's footage for a trope video or any video falls under fair use. Just like those lets players have the right to post the game they played. This is all under fair use.

Or claim to be using the actual movie playing in the bottom corner of the screen while leaving the entire rest of the video in.

You're right, it is a problem when movie critics imply that they themselves made the movie they're reviewing. It should be clear, for instance, in any review of Ready Player One, that the film is directed by Steven Spielberg and involves the work of a great many people.

Throughout my life I have repeatedly pressed play on DVDs and Blu-rays, an action which causes the film to occur, but this should not be viewed as an indication that I brought the film into existence. I apologize for any confusion my actions may have caused.

Again, purposefully missing the point. You're clearly having trouble here so shall we go back over it again? Would you like to see evidence of what I said?

LOL no, because your "arguments" are tiresome, misguided and pointless. Feminist Frequency did not *create* Spelunky, okay? We simply commented on it in one of our videos, and used footage of the game for commentary purposes. I don't know how much more clear I can be about this.
