Now I feel silly that I didn't see these responses to She-Ra coming after I first saw the new design yesterday. Because OF COURSE this happened. So fucking tiresome and predictable.

it baffles me honestly, do angry men have nothing better to do than obsess over such utterly immaterial things? Like it literally doesn't affect them in any way, or do they really just search for anything that will fuel their reactionary propaganda vehicle, it's ridiculous...

They are so used to having images of women in comic book spaces cater to them and be designed with their desires and fantasies in mind that when images come along that don't do that they feel cheated.
