Of course education is essential. Addressing the very real and very significant systematic imbalances associated with sexism, racism, transphobia etc. is crucial as well.

Plenty of "well-educated" people perpetuate racism, white supremacy, etc. Those things require conscious, deliberate, large-scale efforts to challenge and dismantle.

I don’t think we agree. From where I stand you seem to be minimizing the impact of racism and sexism and constantly reiterating one particular thing as the one kind of discrimination that matters “the most.”
