Payroll tax holiday....money for those who work or return to work
I see lots of people talking about "the govt putting $ in the hands of consumers" today. The govt's job isn't to put money in your hands. That's your job. The govt letting you keep more of what you earn by taking less away from you-absolutely! Giving you someone else's $? Nope.
