Neil has systematically minimised the now substantial body of evidence of illegalities in EUref. His @spectator has published multiple pieces on ‘conspiracy theories’ now proven. To hold Johnson to account for his role in these crimes, Neil first needs to acknowledge them himself

If he hasn't been to No 10 to do a dummy run, I'd be very surprised, Johnson can't afford to have his earpiece on view this time round. It will be an agreed version of truth to power. If C4 were doing it, that would be a different matter.
