Hi Carole, just wondering if you thought it was ethical for someone’s private messages to be leaked for the whole world to read? If you think it is indeed acceptable, why don’t you show us all yours too?

That's literally the question she's asking ffs.

Protect (redact) the innocent, expose the guilty. And make sure you're legally protected.

And give those you do name the chance to respond. (Some may some interesting things in their own defence...)

If we are talking corruption and foreign infiltration, then a bit like the expenses scandal (revealed through illegal leaks by civil servants) public interest tends to win out when publishing. If it's sex scandal stuff, the courts would take a dim view, and so would most people.

I doubt @carolecadwalla cares about anyone sex life unless it impact public life (like having compromising pictures taken at a Russian party in Italy for exemple...)
