Two Officers-In-Charge at the Land Transportation office?
Documents obtained by GMA News shows Executive Director Romeo Vera Cruz and Director Esteban Baltazar, Chief of the LTO Traffic Adjudication Service both issuing memos saying they are the Officer-in-charge at the LTO.
He also says Asean and APEC are “important actors” in terms of regional geopolitics. He wants the regional grouping to “increase scope” of ties with China to normalize relationship.
Echoing Duterte’s policy, Marcos said relationship with China should not only be about West PH Sea. He wants cultural, educational and even military engagements with China.
No date set yet but Marcos confirms he’s meeting Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi to “strengthen ties between China and PH” and “find ways to work to resolve the conflicts that we have.”
