I am not in favor of Ivermectin for Covid. But in the preprint there are a dozen complaints that the authors switched control and treatment arms around in one of the larger studies, invalidating their conclusion. Is there any more on this? Was a mistake really made?

I still think that the US should have done a 1,600 patient randomized controlled study on Ivermectin start back in August. The NIH should have done a lot of large studies that they didn't do. We needed clarification and didn't get it. (See recent Nature mag about lack of RCT's)
