    Using "BREAKING" at the start of a tweet can either mean: a) "this is news that's just now happening/developing" b) "I'm the reporter breaking this story" What it can't mean is: "This is news someone else reported days/weeks ago that we are now tweeting with no link or credit."

    Major trouble in Alaska as all ICU beds in Anchorage are full. Anchorage serves as the healthcare hub for the entire state. Alaskans flown there for cardiac cath, trauma, etc. Next closest major center is Seattle.

    Young kid rushed to the hospital with appendicitis, couldn’t get a bed because of Covid-19 overflow, had his appendix burst while he waited, spent five days in critical care as a result, and his parents got stuck with a $5,000 bill that they had to borrow to cover. No words.
