I listen a lot to Jim Willie who has contacts all over the world. One of them lives in Hongkong. His 15 year old son was offered "money in the hand" to go out on the streets and protest.

This is very common, they try to recruit kids and seniors from China, rate is $3000HKD for marching in the protest, $5000HKD if you are willing to vandalize or damage property. I know this because they tried to recruit my uncle and he was like no thank you lol.
