I mean... isn’t the behaviour Trump supporters (regardless of attending rallies) responsible for millions of cases? General refusal to wear masks and distance (based on Trump’s own statements) has made the impact of COVID-19 several times worse.

Cuomo had two bad choices and had to make a decision. Trump's decision to hold a crowded, maskless rally or not isn't a hard decision. Most governors have at least made the effort to make calls in the best interest of communities. Trump just doesn't care
