I mean... isn’t the behaviour Trump supporters (regardless of attending rallies) responsible for millions of cases? General refusal to wear masks and distance (based on Trump’s own statements) has made the impact of COVID-19 several times worse.

How many cases resulted from protests and riots?

How can they figure it out? Do people sign in to the rallies? Or just that, in each region, after the rally, the cases spike?

Oregon is a good way to tell - like a protest, riot, rally for how many days straight and no significant increase - 20-30 deaths a week. One big difference though would be age group attending these - not many 80 year olds down there smashing windows!
