You still dont understand do you?Our parliament has voted out of the arbitration. And we will not give up an inch of land or sea
-

-
It wasn't your land or sea. It was disputed. You can't sign an arbitration deal and then walk away from it unilaterally.
-
Slovenian side was corrupted in the proces and that means this court is not valid...
-
So CRO alone gets to decide that? The court considered the improper conversations & the two people were removed, but the process continued.
-
In a legal matter, one side can't unilaterally decide that the court is invalid. That's not how the rule of law works.
-
This is no any law, this is international law and thats why it is very complicate. When something like this happen. The institution changes
-
meaning that removing 2 people did nothing to return the validity of the court. And when you replaced the jundges, the ones that came resigned
-
but now it is done and if you think we will now agree to this robbery of our teritorry. You clearly dont know what you are doing and..

The arbitration was compromised and therefore is not legit, as concluded years ago by the Croatian side. And you know it.
#Haagcorruption -
Says who? One side, who *unilaterally* walked away from a perfectly legitimate process when it realized that it wouldn't get what it wanted.
-
Funny how you
@MediaHistoryNow claim that the parties already knew the result years ago, how is that possible?#Haagcorruption -
Evidently, Croatia was eager to withdraw unilaterally because it felt, based on the evidence, that it would not get everything it wanted.
-
On which grounds can you claim that? Croatia left years ago when it was obvious that the court was corrupt, as simple as that.
-
When you sign an arbitration agreement, you can't just walk away unilaterally. Clearly, Croatia was afraid of something.
-
The compromising was without a doubt proven by the croatian intelligence, and admitted by the court itself, and therefore legitimate to leave
-
No, the people involved were removed and the court carried on. Croatia's decision was unilateral and therefore illegitimate.

Even though an arbitrator was caught redhanded doing a behind the scenes deal with the slovenian advocate? EU standards?

Makes no difference as Croatia refuses to accept or abide by the decision.
