suggested posting parking lot photos for #BlackFridayParking so here are mine! I did a little back of the envelope spatial analysis of Polo Park using the measure area tool in Google Earth. I think the results speak for themselves.

Now do Osborne Safeway. :) Is that lot ever full? Maybe for 60 seconds on Christmas Eve? Half that lot should be paid parking for Osborne Village shoppers so car folk can stop complaining about no place to leave their killing machines while they shop/eat/drink.

That parking lot is a nightmare. Especially the part between shoppers and Safeway. It featured briefly in my 1 min video about my 5 min walk to the grocery store. Just constantly dodging cars and breathing idling exhaust there.
