I will be contacting the various state spokespersons today and asking WHY consumer complaints are being ignored?
I shouldn't have to do this. Regulated gambling shouldn't require public shaming to operate correctly.😡

Resolving consumer complaints is a MAJOR pillar of legalized gambling.
If wants to prove that regulated gambling is better than offshore, they need to stress to states that CONSUMER CONFIDENCE is KEY!

Update on the grading controversy. I encouraged all to take the matter to their local gaming regulator. Many did.
ONE person has had their complaint acknowledged by the regulator.
Patrons in NJ, PA, IL, IN & CO haven't even received a REPLY from Gaming.😡
