LOL, you literally tweeted this after all of the Walgreen's and CVS's leave your city because of your ridiculous less than $950 law? Too late, you and your city are now a disgrace and lost control of the "Rule of Law!"

Newsflash:You can still charge people for crimes under $950. And try them. And jail them. Problem is that we don’t. No jail = no consequences = HIGH CRIME,repeat offenders,free-for-all mentality. Welcome to SF. Prop 47 doesn’t help, but ultimately

So we agree there's no less than 950$ law and Chesa is releasing people under medical guidance.

Uh no, we definitely don’t agree. There is still a law to punish crime under $950, but Chesa refuses to do it because of his “reform beliefs” that are heavily influenced by his murderous parents & traumatic childhood. He is failing at his ONE job, which is to punish criminals.

Paul Retweeted John Hamasaki
This statement shows that you do not have a clear understanding of the DA's role, his job is to take whatever actions he thinks most likely to protect the public, in a pandemic under medical guidance that means releases.https://mobile.twitter.com/HamasakiLaw/status/1393953770216644610 …

John Hamasaki @HamasakiLaw“As D.A., we are the people’s lawyer,” he said. “We certainly represent the community and not a single victim. So, when we are prosecuting cases, or we are applying our discretion, we should do so through the lens of what is best for our entire community.” https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2021-05-16/criminals-crime-victims-george-gascons-la-revolution …1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

Uhh yeah,PROTECT THE PUBLIC. From CRIME. People were in jail when the pandemic happened. There were breakouts. Did they release all prisoners? NO. Not doing your job in the name of ‘Public health’ is a smoke & mirrors tactic, useless & without any merit, much like

Not interested in your garbage stats or manipulated data or graphics.
The only stat I need is that of the people around me who are repeatedly victims of crime. Why? Bec criminals are free. Why? Bec @chesaboudin is INCOMPETENT at his ONE JOB - to keep SF safe.
