    Journalists at 39 km were detained, not arrested. I’ve never encountered officers controlling what elements of their action journalists are “allowed” to photograph.

    Just spoke to Na'moks - hereditary chief - who is traveling out to where the enforcement is happening with Madeek. Said he started getting word of arrests happening at ~4 a.m.
