It’s been a year since the tragedy that happened in El Paso, where a terrorist killed 23 people, physically injured 23 more, and orphaned an infant. This is personal. A man living 20 minutes from my home in North Texas drove 10 hours to kill people in my childhood home.

I’m working with @StopBigMoney and rejecting PAC money from the gun lobby. There’s no justice for the families who are forever changed. The best we can do now is ensure that we treat this as a systemic problem to which there are actionable solutions.
