#TX24 is home to DFW Airport and the thousands of North Texas workers whose livelihoods are tied to it. Now, the possibility of 25,000 more AA layoffs has sent a shiver through our community and stirred anger that our leaders have allowed this virus to spiral out of control.
We need relief for the North Texas families whose lives have been disrupted by this virus right now. And in November, we need to elect new leaders who will put workers first, always listen to medical experts, and never downplay a pandemic. That's why I'm running for Congress.
They and the workers have seen this parked fleet of jets on the tarmac for 120 days now. Did they stop going to bars and rest and wear mask? Its the people not the politicians who have to really accept responsibility - ignorance is now deadly!
