I have an issue with this “first”. Most Puerto Ricans have African heritage.

We need to get Mail In Ballots out to everyone
I am not talking about requested mail in ballots. With the Covid19 virus escalating with record highs all around the country. Polling places have already been shut down making Americans risk their lives just to vote
