Universities and other institutions are already struggling to make learning safe. This will force universities to re-open when they are not ready, and will have drastic consequences.
Enough is enough. In Congress, I will work to build a 21st-century social and economic support infrastructure that will be integral to rising from the effects of the COVID-19 crisis and limiting damage in future crises.
