These senators have proven time and time again that no matter what happens they will never have empathy. Rand Paul and Steve Scalise are perfect examples of this.
Lots of comments about @RandPaul learning a lesson here. The problem is that is normally takes thousands of the rest of us to die before many of these wealthy senators are forced to develop empathy.
